In 1926, Scottish inventor, John Logie Baird, gave us the first-ever demonstration of the transmission of moving images.
Baird’s product was small, flickering, black-and-white images and it involved the use of a spinning, perforated disk (invented in 1894 by German engineer Paul Nipkow).
American inventor, Philo Farnsworth, evolved the technology of the television. In 1927, he worked out that emerging electronic technology can scan images much faster and finely than any mechanical device. And he created the first electronic television.
